KSE-100 slips 0.9% as broad sector sell‑off outweighs shariah‑compliant rallies

The KSE‑100 opened lower at 164,477 points, down 0.88% from yesterday. Most sectors posted more declines than advances, yet a handful of shariah‑compliant stocks surged around 10% on strong buying volume. The breadth and a packed agenda of dividend book closures and AGMs suggest a cautious tone ahead.
